The Practice of Ian Riddell, Chartered Architect was founded in 1991 from a background in commercial, housing and conservation projects. The Practice has gained experience in a wide variety of projects, for clients in both the public and private sectors, involving conservation and restoration, refurbishment, new build, landscape design, feasibility studies and conservation statements with contract values up to £5m. Works to historic listed buildings form a large part of the work of the Practice.
On all our projects we provide a personal and professional service. By carefully listening to our clients, we endeavour to define and meet their specific requirements and manage these sensitively through the feasibility, planning and construction phases. Our strong management structure, established reputation and good working relationships with reliable consultants and contractors ensures the highest levels of client satisfaction.
